They were professional the therapist, very attentive and made her feel pampered. The massage helped her back pain a lot. I thought the price was reasonable for the convenience. The only thing is the music was a bit too loud for her taste but they adjusted it when she asked. The private hotel massage too was lovely from what I have read, so maybe next time we will try that. Overall a great gift idea.
