During my last business trip I was really tired and decided to try their private hotel massage service. It was honestly the best decision I made on that whole trip. The therapist arrived right on time to my hotel room, was super polite, and set up a little relaxation area in the corner. The massage itself was incredibly relaxing and I felt so much better afterward. I was a bit nervous about having a stranger come to my hotel but the whole thing felt very safe and professional. I would do it again in a heartbeat and I suggest any traveler with some free time to give it a try.
