I scheduled their private hotel massage at a hotel near downtown. The therapist was very skilled and the whole thing felt luxurious. However they arrived about 15 minutes late because of traffic, which was a bit annoying since I had to cut my session short. They did apologise and offered a discount off my next booking though. The massage itself was wonderful, their technique is clearly professional.
