I wanted to share my experience with GoDaddy because it's a bit of a rollercoaster. On the plus side their website builder is ace and getting a domain is super quick but the hosting itself is just decent. I've had a few random account suspension issues that gave me a heart attack, turns out it was just a verification thing but it stressed me out. Their VPS hosting is acceptable for what you pay but you can definitely get better performance elsewhere. And the high tax charges on every invoice? That gets old fast. Despite these quirks they've been stable enough for my photography portfolio so I stick with them.
