I've been using GoDaddy for a few years now primarily for domain registration and honestly its been a pretty decent experience overall. The initial domain prices are fantastic and really hard to beat, but the high domain registration fees and expensive hosting renewal costs do catch up with you when its time to renew. I also noticed there are high tax charges that get added at checkout which can be a bit of a shock. That said, the interface is user friendly and I've never had any real issues with downtime. The hosting itself is average, not bad but not spectacular, and the support team is okay when you can get a hold of them. I had one instance where there was a random account suspension issue which was frustrating but they resolved it quickly after a phone call. Overall its stable and reliable, just know that the cost creeps up after the first term.
