My journey with GoDaddy started when I needed a domain and hosting for my small business. The hosting is average but it gets the job done. I have had mixed hosting experiences where the speed is not always great but it is fair. Uptime is moderate, I can count on it being up most of the time. Their VPS hosting is acceptable for my needs. The high domain registration fees and expensive hosting renewal costs are my biggest complaints. Also the high tax charges seem excessive. I had a random account suspension issue once that locked me out for hours and it was scary. Support was inconsistent, one person resolved it quickly but another was clueless. But the decent web hosting performance and stable but costly hosting provider status keep me here. Not perfect but it works.
