I started with GoDaddy because of their introductory prices and was happy with the service initially. Their hosting is fair performance but nothing spectacular. The real pain comes when it is time to renew, the expensive hosting renewal costs are a huge turnoff. I also faced occasional account restrictions that limited my site management. Despite these issues, their VPS hosting has been acceptable for my growing traffic. I am looking for alternatives but will stick around for now.
