So I've been with GoDaddy for my online store for about a year and a half and it's been a mixed bag honestly. The hosting performance is decent, my site loads okay for most visitors but sometimes it feels a bit sluggish during peak hours. Their uptime is moderate, I get about 99.8% which is fine for a small business. The customer support is inconsistent though, sometimes I get a super helpful agent who solves my issue in minutes, other times I'm stuck with someone who reads from a script. I tried their VPS hosting and it's acceptable for my traffic, not amazing but works. The biggest downside is the high cost of renewals, they really nail you after the promotional period ends. Also the domain registration fees are way too high, I moved my domains elsewhere to save money. I had one random account suspension issue last month because of a billing glitch, it was frustrating but they reinstated it after a call. Overall, a fair performance hosting company if you can handle the occasional headaches.
