I needed a VPS for my growing website and GoDaddy was recommended by a friend. The setup process was straightforward and the VPS performance is acceptable for what I need, my site runs smoothly most of the time. However, the price is a bit steep compared to other hosts, especially when you factor in the high renewal rates and those annoying tax charges. Their support is inconsistent, I had a good experience once but another time they were not helpful at all with a minor issue. I also had an account restriction placed on me without clear reason, which was frustrating. I think it is a fair performance hosting company but not the best value. I will probably switch after my term ends.
