I went with GoDaddy for my ecommerce site after reading good things. The web hosting performance is decent enough, and I haven’t had major crashes, but the moderate uptime hosting provider reputation is fair. I’ve had a few random account suspension issues that were a nightmare to resolve. One time they suspended my site for a supposed violation that I never even got a clear explanation for. The support team was inconsistent; the first person I spoke to was rude, but the second one was fine. And the pricing is just too high. The domain registration fees are already steep, and then you get hit with expensive hosting renewal costs and high tax charges hosting service fees. It’s stable but feels like a money grab sometimes.
