I’ve been with GoDaddy for two years now, and it’s been a mostly average hosting service. My website stays up most of the time, but I’ve had a few episodes of downtime that lasted longer than I’d like. The moderate uptime hosting provider label fits them. The high domain registration fees are annoying, and the expensive hosting renewal costs are a pain. What really gets me are the high tax charges hosting service that they tack on without clear explanation. Also, I’ve dealt with occasional account restrictions hosting that locked me out of my dashboard. The support is a gamble; sometimes you get a great person, other times you’re stuck with someone who can’t help. Not terrible, but I’m considering other options.
