I've been using GoDaddy for a couple years now and honestly it's just okay. Their hosting is average at best, my site loads decently but not fast. The uptime seems fine most of the time but I've had a few days where it was down for a few hours which was annoying. But the real kicker is how expensive it gets. When I first signed up the domain was cheap but then the renewal came around and it was like three times the price. And they add all these extra tax charges that I didn't expect, it feels like they nickel and dime you for everything. Their support is inconsistent too, sometimes I get someone helpful but other times it's like talking to a bot that doesn't get what I'm asking. I might look for something else when my contract ends.
