GoDaddy is a fair performance hosting company if you ignore the costs. My site runs okay, and the uptime is acceptable most days. But the high domain registration fees and expensive hosting renewal costs are a letdown. They also hit you with high tax charges hosting service that add up. I've had random account suspension issues that were a nightmare to fix, and their support was inconsistent, some reps were great, others didn't care. It's a stable but costly hosting provider, and I'm not thrilled. I'll probably stick it out until my plan ends, but I won't renew.
