GoDaddy is okay for domain registration but their hosting is just average hosting service. I’ve had my site with them for about six months and the uptime has been moderate, not rock solid but not down constantly either. The real problem is the cost, the domain registration fees are high compared to other places and the renewal costs are even more expensive. Plus they add these high tax charges that make your bill way bigger than you expected. I also had an occasional account restriction issue where I couldn’t access my dashboard for a few hours, that was frustrating. The support team is hit or miss, sometimes you get someone helpful but other times you get someone who just reads a script. I’d say it’s a stable but costly hosting provider, decent if you don’t mind paying extra.
