I've been using WalletPlug for about 4 months now, and overall, I'm quite satisfied. The onboarding was straightforward, and I was processing payments within a couple of days. However, as a small business that's been around for a while, I was surprised by the monthly processing cap. It's good but limited for first-time merchant volume. My business needed to scale quickly, and the cap felt restrictive. I wanted a higher starting limit to accommodate our growth without constant interruptions. The support team was professional but seemed conservative with risk limits, which I understand, but it would be great if they could review accounts more frequently for increases.
