WalletPlug's setup was a breeze, impressed by the speed. However, they hit me with a lower transaction cap than I expected. My first merchant volume was good but limited, and I wanted a higher starting limit from day one. The monthly processing cap of $50K felt too low for my ecommerce store, which does $120K. I've been asking for an increase to $100K at least, but their risk team moves at a pace that's slower than my business. Despite this, the payments are reliable, and the dashboard is clean. If they could loosen those initial caps, this would be a five-star service for sure.
