WalletPlug's support team is top-notch, always responsive and clear. But their conservative approach to risk is a double-edged sword. My business started with a good but limited first merchant volume cap of $50K, and I wanted a higher starting limit. The monthly processing cap is too low for my subscription service that does $200K. I had to provide endless documentation for every small increase. The platform itself is a stable processor with slow scaling approval, which is ironic because I scale fast. If they could trust merchants more, this would be unbeatable. As is, it's reliable but frustrating.
