Im not one to write reviews but WalletPlug deserves this. My online store sells handmade wellness products and apparently in the banks eyes that makes me high risk. Go figure. I was getting declined left and right and losing sales. A buddy told me about WalletPlug and I figured Id give it a shot. Best call I ever made. Their system is super fast I had payments going through the same day. And their customer support is something else I had a tiny issue at 9pm on a Sunday and someone actually answered and fixed it within minutes. I feel like Im finally in good hands. The fees are totally fair too especially for a high risk business. I just wish I found them sooner.
