This is the worst web hosting and domain registration service I have ever used. I have been with Web4Africa for about six months and it has been a constant struggle. Their website is slow, their control panel is clunky, and their support is non existent. I put in a ticket about a critical issue and they took nearly a week to respond. That is the slowest ticket response I have ever encountered. My domain renewal was also a nightmare, it took forever and I almost lost my domain. I am honestly shocked that this company is still operating. I feel cheated out of my money. Do yourself a favor and avoid Web4Africa at all costs.
