I wish I had read reviews before signing up with Web4Africa. Their customer service is a joke, I raised a ticket about a critical issue and it took them over three days to reply. Domain renewal is incredibly slow, I thought it would be instant but it took them two days to process, during which my site was inaccessible. The hosting itself is terrible, my site loads so slowly that visitors are leaving before it even appears. I have had enough and I am moving to a proper host.
