I am beyond mad. I had a domain registered with Web4Africa and when I tried to renew it their system kept giving me errors. I submitted a ticket and waited. And waited. Their support is the slowest I have ever seen. By the time they got back to me my domain had expired and someone else snatched it up. I lost a domain I had for years because of their terrible renewal process. Their hosting is no better either. I had a site on their shared hosting that would crash every time I got more than a few visitors. Just a nightmare company. I will never use them again.
